Platform : MOBILE        Duration of the project : 4 Months          Role : Game Designer & Level Designer

     TwinGo is an endless runner developed for mobile devices. You play as two adventurers seeking for treasures in an infinite desert. You encounter dangerous lizards on the way, and you have to defeat them before they knock you out. To do so, you have only one weapon, so you need to pass it from one another.

      The game is separated in two phases. During the first one, the hub, you get an overview of your journey. You're also able to interact with temporary events, spend your resources and gear up for the next run. During the second one, the run, you have to travel as far as you can, until you lose and get back to the first phase.

MY TASKS :

  • designed an infinite procedural level design generator based on chunks that I produced

  • designed a simple and intuitive gameplay suited for mobile users

  • designed the interactions taking place in the hub

  • designed the UX and the overall navigation through the hub

  • composed the soundtrack and produced the sound effects
